CLASS 10^TH CBSE PRIVATE CANDIDATE ADMISSION FORM - DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

A) If you are pass/failed in class 9^th from a regular recognised school, your original school leaving certificate duly countersigned by the education officer of the area.
OR
Also If you Have Studied Privately Up to Class 9^th have to submit your original date of birth certificate issued by the local municipal corporation
OR
Also Passed In Class 8^th (With One Year Gap) From A Recognized your Original school leaving certificate of class 8th pass/fail Duly Countersigned by the education officer of the area.
B) The Candidate Must Have Completed 14 Years of Age as on 31st March in the year in which you want to take admission.

PROOF OF RESIDENCE CBSE PRIVATE CANDIDATE, CBSE ADMISSION

As a proof of residence candidate may enclose self attested copy of any one of the following documents:

• Ration Card showing the name of the candidate in legible form .
• Or the Voter I-Card showing the name of the candidate in legible form. In case of Minor, the Voter I-Card of his/her parents is also acceptable as another proof
• Or Passport of student is  another valid proof.
• Or Electricity bill in respect of Mother/Father name  is also another valid proof.
• Or MTNL landline phone in respect of Mother/Father name  is  another valid proof.
• Or Current Rent agreement in the name of parents/ candidate as a tenant is  another valid proof.
• Or Self attested Photocopy of Driving license in the name of candidate issued from Delhi Transport Authority is another valid proof.
•  Or Affidavit for residence proof in Delhi issued by SDM/lst Class Magistrate is another valid proof.
• Or Self attested Photostat copy of Aadhar Card  is  another valid proof.
