CBSE Private Candidate Registration 2023
Now you can submit CBSE registration form online for class 10 & class 12. There are three broad categories, the ones who are Fail candidates, the compartment candidates, and those who wish to improve their performance or take an additional subject. The application forms are available only through the online mode, and a candidate can make online payments after filling the form online only.

CBSE Private Candidate Registration 2023 Eligibility Criteria
FOR ALL INDIA SECONDARY SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS (CLASS X)
FULL SUBJECT
Those candidates who have been declared as FAIL at the All India Secondary Examination (Class X)
OR
Those candidates who had completed their fixed course of studies and were allotted Roll No. for sitting in the AISSE exam but could not take part in the Class X paper due to health issues excluding those who have low attendance.
- IMPROVEMENT EXAMS
The candidates who have cleared the Board examination of 2018 can apply in 2019 for increasing his/her marks in one or more subjects if the candidate has appeared in the subject that he chose in 2018 board exam as well.
- ADDITIONAL SUBJECT
If you have already passed the board examinations, you can apply to appear in the additional subject of your choice marked in the list of subjects provided by the board. You can take this exam within six years of the original or first exam that you have taken. It means candidates who took exams in 2013 onwards can appear in 2019 exams.
- COMPARTMENT
Only those candidates can appear in the compartment exams which had been marked as Compartment in the previous year (2018) exams. If you have a compartment in more than one subject then you can take all the exams or more than one subject. You have to select your category as FAIL rather than COMPARTMENT to be able to appear in the exams. Also, the compartment candidates cannot choose to appear for an additional subject in the board exams of the same year when they are taking compartment exams.
CBSE Private Candidate Registration 2023 FOR DELHI SECONDARY SCHOOL EXAMINATION (CLASS X)
FULL SUBJECT
Those candidates who have been declared as FAIL at the Delhi Secondary School Examination (Class X)
OR
Those candidates who had completed their fixed course of studies and were allotted Roll No. for sitting in the Delhi Secondary School Examination but could not take part in the Class X paper due to health issues excluding those who have low attendance.

The candidates who have some disabilities fall under the PWD candidates. They have to show passable evidence of having a problem to be present at a regular school in the subjects not comprising practical training or examination. The concerned Regional Office should be notified with a medical certificate in such a case.

Mode of Fee Payment
Whether you are a national or an international student, CBSE takes fees only through the online payment modes such as net banking, credit card, debit card or other online payment methods.
The offline methods such as DD, money order, postal order, cheques and others had been discontinued. CBSE does not entertain or finalize any applications without fees.
Filling CBSE Private Candidate Application Form 2023
The data of the students who have attempted the CBSE examinations which took place in 2018 will be automatically fetched in the online system.
Candidates who had appeared in the examination in the earlier years have to fill the form again.
Enter the correct information related to your Roll number, School number and the Center number (given in your detailed marks sheet) of CBSE.
You will need to enter your correct mobile no and email id in the format mentioned in the application. Also, you need to enter your postal code. The phone number is entered without the national code (+91), and it should have a minimum of ten digits.
You need to have a clear passport size photograph of yourself, and your signature in the Jpg format and the file size should not exceed 40 kb for each file. These files should be properly uploaded after that.
The code number of the subject and the medium are of high importance and need to be filled with utmost care. If you do not know the codes, you can check them out in the earlier marks sheets if they are available with you.
The candidates who choose English medium will be provided with English medium question paper. However, if you choose to fill your medium as Hindi, you will be given a bilingual question paper that will have questions printed in both languages. The medium code for English is usually (1), and for Hindi, it is (2).
The candidates who have some disabilities and fall under the PWD candidates have to show passable evidence of having a problem to be present at a regular school in the subjects not comprising practical training or examination. The concerned Regional Office should be notified with a medical certificate in such a case within 07 days of filling the application form. Though, if you are a student from the remote areas of North East India or Hilly Areas of Himachal, there is a grace period that extends the total time to 15 days for you. These areas include Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Lahaul, and Spiti District and Pangi sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island, and Lakshadweep.
This grace period is also applicable to international students.
Standard Information for both Class X and XII
Once you are allotted a number of the examination hall, it shall not change under any case even if you request so; such request will not be accepted. Board selects the exam hall according to the current postal address of a candidate.
Those who are appearing in the exams in 2019, the Board will provide you with a new roll no.
Roll no. that you had in the previous year is not useful or applicable in the current examination.

Admit Card: Candidates should go to CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in to download their admit card, and it will be available to download during the month of February in 2023.
Dispatch of original Marksheet/Certificate: The address filled in the application form will receive the original detail marks sheet or certificate sent from the concerned board Regional Office.
CBSE Private Candidate Registration 2019 for Delhi Candidates
Admit Card: Candidates should go to CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in to download their admit card, and it will be available to download during the month of February in 2019.
Dispatch of original of Mark sheet/Certificate: The Delhi Regional Office will send the original marks sheet or certificate directly to the exam centre which had been selected for you to appear for the exam. You have to show the original admit card of yours to get the original marks sheet or certificate from the exam hall.
Result Declaration for CBSE Private Candidates 2023
The results will be declared on the CBSE website in the months of May or June in 2023. The board does not answer to the queries related to the final date for the announcement of the results.
